A split system that is undersized will run flat out and never quite get there. One that is oversized will short cycle and cost you money. We size it for the room, put the head unit somewhere it can actually throw air, and run the pipework so it does not look like an afterthought stuck on the side of the house.
One head in the living area is the common job. Multi head systems that run several rooms off one outdoor unit suit homes where you do not want four condensers along the side fence. We will tell you honestly which one suits your place, including when a second single system is the better answer than a multi.
The first genuinely hot week is when everyone rings at once. If you already know you want it in before summer, book it in the shoulder season and it is a far easier job to schedule.
It depends on room volume, glazing, insulation and orientation, not just floor area. We work it out on site rather than guessing off a chart.

We handle the electrical side and installation. For a refrigerant fault on an existing unit we will point you to the right person rather than pretend otherwise.
